Prysm Note exposes your tasks, watchlist and habits over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so external AI apps such as Claude Code, opencode, VS Code, Cursor, Claude and Kilo can read and update them for you. One URL, then approve in your browser.
Every client points at the same Streamable HTTP endpoint. Paste it as-is: the app discovers sign-in on its own.
https://prysmnote.com/api/mcp
Copy the config for your app. The browser sign-in group needs no token; the token group is for apps that cannot do OAuth.
Paste the config for your app and use it. The first request opens a sign-in tab: approve it once and the app reconnects on its own from then on.
One command in your terminal. The browser opens for sign-in.
claude mcp add --transport http prysm https://prysmnote.com/api/mcp
Add the server to your opencode config, then run opencode.
