Features

Prysm Note is built for depth and calm - powerful AI planning without the noise.

Day-diary AI, by voice or text

Paste a messy day - or just say it into the mic. It separates what to add, what changed, and what you cancelled, then rebuilds your schedule with exact dates.

Life-event understanding

"I bought tickets to the festival on Ticketmaster", "the dentist on the 25th is off", "next week I have the presentation" - all resolved from TODAY'S DATE and scheduled, with conflicts flagged.

Timeline planning

A visual timeline instead of an endless list. Drag tasks, stretch them over multiple days, and zoom in on what matters today.

AI task breakdown

Describe an outcome and Prysm Note splits it into concrete, scheduled steps you can execute and track.

Rolling memory

Conversation summaries keep long planning sessions coherent without growing unbounded prompt bloat.

Cancellation & changes

Say a commitment is off and it's marked cancelled - never deleted - so your history stays honest and nothing vanishes.

How to use Prysm Note

Start anywhere: type, talk, or click. The AI understands features, schedules and changes from plain words, so nothing turns into a form-filling session.

Say it, and it happens

Type or speak in the AI chat.

  • "Write down the dentist on the 25th and flag the presentation next week"

Schedules both tasks with exact dates and flags any conflict.

  • "Track my water daily and log it today"

Creates the habit and logs your first completion in one step.

  • "Set a timer for 8 minutes" or "countdown to my flight on Friday at 6pm"

Starts a live countdown card that counts down from now, or targets the exact date you named.

Point and click

The workflow in 30 seconds.

  • Timeline

Drag a task to reschedule it and drag either end to resize it - a resize snaps to whole days. On a phone, long-press a task to reveal a handle on each end, then drag a handle to stretch it over more or fewer days. Right-click blank space for the app menu, and use Sections to split the row into color-coded bands.

  • Interface size

In Settings, Appearance, drag the Interface Size slider (75% to 130%) to scale the timeline and text to fit your screen, and the Font Size slider (75% to 175%) to size text on its own. Both are remembered per device.

  • Quadrant

Drag a card to another box to re-prioritize it, use + Add inside any box to create a task that lands there, and read the hint under each header.

  • Habits

Open Habits in the sidebar, add a habit instantly, and log each completed day with one click. Delete is always visible on the row.

  • Countdowns & Focus

Create countdowns from the sidebar; hit Start Focus from any task menu to run a 25/5 or 50/10 cycle and keep a daily history.

  • Slack & GitHub

Connect both in Settings, Integrations. The Slack row has a Team actions button for picking a channel and posting a standup or digest, and the same actions are available by asking the assistant in plain language.
