What do I get for free?
The whole task manager: timeline, kanban, board, calendar and list views, custom themes, multi-select and batch editing, CSV and ICS import, notes and sticky notes, habits, up to 5 countdowns, voice input and bring-your-own-key AI. No card and no time limit. PrysmAI (hosted) is the paid extra, and you can try it free for 14 days.
What is the difference between PrysmAI and bringing my own key?
PrysmAI is hosted for you: nothing to configure, with a fair-use allowance included in the plan. Bringing your own key (BYOK) means you paste your own OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek or OpenRouter key and pay that provider directly, which is unlimited and costs less per month.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings, then Premium. Cancelling stops the next charge and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual plans are simply ten months of the monthly price, so two months are free.
How does team billing work?
Team includes 5 seats and a shared PrysmAI allowance managed at the account level, with extra seats available. Company is priced for larger organisations and larger allowances, so it starts with a conversation.
Individuals, couples & family plans can bring their own API key (BYOK) for unlimited AI at a lower price. Finance (income, bills, debts, who owes you money, cash-flow projection and a shared team ledger), the Shows & Movies watchlist, the Quadrant view, the Focus Timer, unlimited countdowns and MCP AI Connect are premium. Payments are processed over secure, hosted checkout - we never store your card details.
Hosted PrysmAI routes each request through the OpenRouter gateway to an efficient, effective model (selected by region) with zero data retention. Allowances are sized as a fair-use cap. Hosted AI is unavailable in restricted jurisdictions.
